It´s time for presents, carols, decorations and Christmas songs! This nice Christmas song  from Super Single Song is one of the best for my pupils. It is so cute! It tells us a story of a snowman brought to life by the beauty and magic of a snowflake.

It has lots of classroom benefits too. It is a lovely song for winter holidays. And since there is reference to some body parts (head, nose, hands) this song can be used to review parts of the body.

Learn a few words about animals and family with this song on you tube. The word "chick-a-dee" doesn't exist, it's a funny way of saying "chick", which means "bird". Instead of Father and Mother we can use more loving words: Mother Mum, Mummy (BrE),  Mom, Mommy (AmE); Father, Dad, Daddy.  We can also say: Mama and Papa (especially in AmE)
